Delivery & Order Pick-Up Information

Delivery

Where & When:

Local (Winnipeg & Surrounding Areas):  We offer competitive delivery rates based on mileage between our yard and your location. Deliveries are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Normally we can accommodate most requests within one to two business days, with a 4-hour delivery window, however, we do recommend getting your order date and time block reserved as soon as possible to accommodate your project and prevent any hold ups. The days can book up quickly!

Rural Manitoba: We can deliver anywhere in the province as needed. These deliveries are possible with both Tandem and Tri-Axle Semi Trucks (location dependent). Cost is calculated by a loaded rate multiplied by the distance. Contact us for pricing.

Dumping Info:

Our team of professional drivers will do everything they can to accommodate any reasonable request once they have arrived on your jobsite. We require all of our customers to consider a primary and secondary dumping location on their properties when placing their order, with keeping safety in mind. If you are unsure of anything, please do not hesitate to discuss your concerns with your driver, they are happy to help out in any way they can. Please note, the trucks cannot leave hard ground or jump any curbs.

Primary Location: Where you would want the material to end up under perfect and ideal conditions.

Secondary Location: A safe, backup option that can be utilized if the driver has a safety concern with the primary location.

Location Considerations: When choosing your dump locations please be mindful of hazards such as: power lines/cables, uneven ground, trees, roof overhangs, water saturated grass, parked vehicles, etc.

Dumping Materials On Public Roads: We are able to dump bulk products on city owned streets and lanes however, you as the homeowner/contractor are responsible for clearly marking the piles as soon as the material is dumped.

How:

Single Loads: Our tandem trucks can carry a maximum of 13 to 20 yards of material depending on the product. The minimum delivery quantity is a ¼ of a cubic yard. A delivery fee is charged on top of your product price.

Split Loads: Our tandem trucks are situated with a center gate allowing our drivers to bring you 2 different bulk products in a single load. These deliveries benefit from a 12% discounted delivery rate and are a very convenient way of getting your entire order all at once. Hauling limits for each truck compartment vary by material (see diagram).

Example: An order of 3 yards of All Purpose 4-Way soil and 3 yards of ¾” Down Limestone can fit onto a single Tandem Truck. Each material is fully separated during loading and can be dropped in two different locations on the same property. If your delivery fee was $69.40, your total delivery fee would be $121.25 after the 12% discount for taking advantage of a split load.

Multiple Loads: The delivery fee is charged per truck. If your order requires multiple trips, each trip receives a delivery fee. Orders that include two or more products receive a 12% discount off the total order.

Example: An order of 40 yards of All- Purpose 4-Way requires two deliveries (20 yards a load per truck). If your delivery fee was $69.40, your total delivery charge would be $138.80.  It is important to note that products in the yard supplies category are not eligible to benefit from this discount.

Example #2:  An order of 40 yards of 4-Way soil and 13 yards of 2" Clean Limestone requires three trips (40 yards of soil for the first two load, 13 yards of limestone in the third load). If your delivery fee was $69.40, your total delivery charge would be $181.87 after the 12% discount for having a second product type included in the order.
